Recent Publication on Mortician Communication

Kyle recently published an article with co-author, Da Bi, regarding communication between funeral workers and the communities they serve. The study specifically examines the tensions (relational dialectics) that funeral directors must navigate, and how those tensions differ from morticians in urban areas to those in rural areas.
